November 10th, Monday - some DL, playing in the sand

 10.11.2025

Very nice day. I slept rather little. Very, very long time in between me waking up and lifting. I really enjoyed my first coffee; some thinking and doing. Pumped up the car tires, it took a lot of thinking and trying and checking online, I was really tempted to give up but I actually really wanted to accomplish something, anything; I managed to take my time and figure out how to connect a pump's hose correctly. It's got ball bearings, three of them, and you gotta pull back the "foreskin" on the hose and then dock it really hard with the pump itself, pardon me but that's really fitting; then the ball bearings connect. Mom found other pump, the little one, so that's good too. I'm taking too long. Some family drama, but it's resolved. Don't wanna dwell too much, it's somewhat personal and not just for me. All that ankle damage though, I have to tell you - I feel like I can't go until it heals. I'm convinced. But I really feel like I'm going. But it has to be a surprise. And also I really need to resolve that old issue. That God I'm not going insane over it anymore. Takes time, patience, prayer and grace. Hallelujah!

Workout

Deadlift

20 and 70 for 20

120 for 10 in and out on breaths

160 for 6

200 for 4 - it's possible I've done just three, first OHG then just a bit off the floor, then two reps in straps.

240 for 4 okay.

240 for 4 a little better, but that thigh rotator on my left leg is strained. I was so strong on Saturday! I feel decently strong today, just a bit drained. I have the power.

I had different ideas on what I wanted to do. It'd be fun to try and do 8 set of 4 one day - that'd be super fatiguing despite "light" weight. 4 sets of 8 would have felt easier! And I've done that in September, you know.

Anyway, first I had the idea to do 5 sets of 4, then figured 4 sets of 4 is enough, now I think I've generally done enough, I just wanna do some really light stuff and not aggravate my muscle, my left leg anymore. Thank God for everything, always and forever. Thank you for reading and praying.
