 14.03.2025

Nice day. No sleep. Nutrition good. Experiencing a lot of stuff. Really enjoyed writing and thinking. Had one 40 gram conventional and one 30 gram, double ground. And one cup of instant coffee, only two teaspoons.

Workout

Warmup - thorough, pushup stretches

Bench

20 for 20

70 for 10

100 for 10

120 for 10

130 for 10 not bad, but last rep was hard

110 for 10

Squat

30 reps warmup by the windowsill

20 for 15

70 for 15

90 - 2 sets of 15 - some quad pump, back pump

Revelations. I can acknowledge rationalism - it's real, it makes sense. But not accept it - since I don't accept it fully anyway. More of an empirist, heh.
