Wednesday - Mad rant & DL

 04.09.2024

Nice day. Plans getting a little skewed, but guess what? It's just not a big deal. I got shit in my head, of course. Evil, nasty madness. I want to kill. But I want to kill that deserve it. It comes and goes. But I would so love it. The curse of being a man and a pathetic disgusting bloody animal. Hell, it's better than wanting to kill yourself! Because I was serious about wanting to kill myself and I'm only really half-serious about killing someone else. In other words, I am joking, provoking, shocking. It's another one of these mad rants. Kill this bastard's face, crit his fuckign skull, watching the pieces fucking fly. The particular bastard who hates women, beats and chokes the mother of five kids and he isn't even their father. I wrote about him before. How the hell do I even tolerate this bastard's presence around here? He owes me, me in particular, quite a bit of punches and spilled blood. He ran like a screaming little bitch during our last confrontation. But he got lucky before. Stomp his fucking head. Wipe him across the floor. Shake his guts like a bowl full of jelly, hehe. I can't fucking tolerate him. Anyways, I gotta deadlift... Say thanks to coffee for this madness. Thank God I don't fucking want to kill myself anymore!

Workout

Deadlift Session 2

Warmup - a tiny bit, lower body

Deadlift

20 for 10

70 for 5

120 for 5

160 for 5 - I strained obliques on my left side on squats, probably when I was walking with the bar or unracking it. I can feel it, but it's not a big deal

190 for 5 - this weight was light enough to allow me to go forth with my idea of using hook grip for the first time in quite a while... It hurt xD

220 for 5 - two reps mixed grip (normal), after discomfort in my side switching to straps

223 for 5 - same, this time one rep with changed mixed grip (right hand underhand) and four reps with straps

After that hook grip warmup set it feels like I'm bleeding through my thumbs, like, right through the skin, cause it got a little sticky and wet from inside. Well, it got squeezed. Curious feeling

225,5 for 5 - nice enough, medium-heavy. That insanity earlier probably contributed to my CNS fatigue. But I keep reminding myself that today's plan is the most strenuous one so far (since my return). It's heavy. I don't have any problems generating effort, but it is hard to withstand the strain, that's the best I can describe it. Also I used high belt, it didn't change much.

225,5 for 5 kinda nice, medium-hard-medium if I had to use these kind of coordinates. RPE isn't quite applicable here imho, considering I'm getting back in shape, but I'd say it's 60-70%. (Cause the rep system was just too silly!) Also I went back to medium belt and changed my stance to be a bit more narrow, I think narrower stance helped a little bit. Got a bit of a brain pump from this, kinda swollen frontal lobes, eyes sorta still feeling like they're bulging a little bit. Sounds like some kind of ominous predilection, eh? Garage athlete found dead in his early 30s! Some kind of brain bleed or some bullshit like the aneurism cause of death or whatever! Hehehe.

225,5 for 5 - difficult, did one rep with middle belt, felt pain in side, took a pause, raised belt and it somehow helped, I think. Well, I'm glad I've done good enough volume and I'm coming back, even though I've been so triggered today! Mental, my brain is broken!

File:Facade020A 8K AmbientOcclusion.png - Mildly curious RPotD!

"A facade texture from ambientCG. What it is exactly is in the file name. "Color" indicates a color texture, "Ambient Occlusion" indicates an ambient occlusion, "Displacement" indicates an elevation map, "Normal" indicates a normal distribution, "Metalness" indicates the distribution of metallicity, "Roughness" indicates the roughness distribution, and "preview sphere" indicates a preview of the asset. The number indicates the chronological order. A texture with a higher number was published later than one with a lower number. The letter after the number indicates a variant."
