November 24th - Light workout, enjoyable pushups, AI meme galore (dangerously funny 21+ verboten)

 24.11.2023

Monday - Saturday. It makes a lot of sense, cause it's exactly how I planned it. So, today we're not gonna squat, but we are going to have a light workout. It's a really nice day. Woke up much earlier than normal. Tried to go back to sleep, but couldn't. Worked, ate, fell asleep again just a little. Flying dreams. Woke up, had a conventional brew, worked, just finished a moka. Want more. Ah. Well, lucky for me I miscalculated and I'm actually not finishing my moka, but only started it. I have almost two full cups (small coffee cups, admittedly), cold but still very savory.

Alright. We're not gonna fool around too much. Yesterday we stressed our shoulders and pumped our bicep. Today we'll focus a little on lats and even less on legs, just priming them up for tomorrow ever so slightly. It's a nice sort of a split, if you will, believe it or not. Lats, bicep and legs.

Workout

Warmup - rubber pulls, double folded two sets with both arms, one set with one arm

Floor-supported ring pullups - 4 sets of 10, feels nice, although lats are still a little sore (connective tissue)

Squats

3 sets of 20 feels good, I got good mobility. I have some control over my legs. To think I didn't use to have it about a year ago. I can't actually remember exactly when I got into high-bar squats for the first time. Feels like it's something from this year, so I assume spring? Well, it's just a moment of shadowed memory.

What else to do... Don't want to risk even a chance of hindering anything tomorrow. Just light stuff then.

Calf raises - 3 sets of 20 intermixed with some pushup stretches/warmups by the wall. They're interesting moves I've been coming up with - shifting weight, rotating torso, moving from to leg to leg, changing angles in pushups. Very intriguing to me.

Pushups

10 reps after a short plank hold

20 reps after a long plank hold (I counted to 120, which very roughly translates to 60 seconds, cause you definitely can't count seconds (at least not without hearing the beat first))

30 reps - same, put my hands even lower. The wait added some fatigue! Got some pump.

Today I wanna post some select AI generated memes I've been creating. Or, rather, letting them come into existence, hehe.
