Oct 12-13, Light session and Clean and press session - a very important technical detail about cleans I've been missing all this time! NB!
12.10.2023
Okay day. Sleep 6/10, food about the same. Pretty tired, but not that much. Gonna have a lightest workout again, help my elbow, ease my supestitious fears.

Much better day than the previous two. On the prvious two we've gone down to 89, both good and bad. Not to confuse with my BW, which, according to the scales, is between 105 and 108 in clothing.
Sleep 5/10, but I felt good after waking up. Food 65/100, maybe even 7/10. Ate well, appetite mediocre but not hungry. Been eating a lot of veggies and fruits.
What else? Feeling nice today. Playing the acoustic inpiredly. I got the rhythm. Gotta learn more of those semi-cheap tricks... or come up with them on my own. Acoustic is a vibe.
Writing. Done with the spin-off story. It messed me up. It's a bad one. over 100 pages in a week, re-read it more than three times. Even with the robot. Can't really share it. It's a bad one.
Caffeine doesn't feel bad today. Had one pill when I woke up. Looking forward to tomorrow, should be a relaxed day.
At night, I chose to play RDR2. A bit of Online - it's gotted screwed up even more, sadly. Faced modders and tryhards. No big deal. Went to story mode, finally finished chapter 4. They could have done so much more with this game.
My elbow goes between worrying me and feeling normal. I kinda feel like I wanna lighten the load today. Keep it simple. An idea - just clean and press, up to a 100, maybe even a few sets. Should be a good enough substitute for 82,5% for 4 sets of 3, which is the next step in the progression - maybe we could do than on PPs and bench, since they're somehow all tied together with me. OHP, PP and bench, so different yet similar. Maybe not smart. It can work, I know it. Well, I'm untying them by going light today. PP is actually the priority - or at least is it has been since Summer 2022. Glad I OHPd a big weight a year ago. I know I can PP very big weight, if I can consolidate myself. Let's see...
Workout
Warmup - some what thorough, pipe moves and very light stretching, lower body moves.
Clean and press
20
50 - 3 cleans, 6 presses all together
70 - 3 cleans, about 5 presses
80 - same
90 - 3 cleans, 2 presses per each clean. This was the most disciplined, albeit a very long set.
100 - 2 cleans and a clean fail - took too little time
100 - 1 clean and 3 presses.
Okay, a very important part now - I pulled my upper back together.
It changed everything. I don't know how I didn't figure to use it. I was just deadlifting. Now I know not all weightlifters have very short arms. I actually felt it!
I need a way to remember this. How? I might forget.
Also, me elbow only really has that problem when my elbow is flared outside. I gotte redo technique, elbow forward more. Today was easy and good for muscle. I'm a little hazy, very "distracted", I admit. Again.
A really good PRotD today... Maybe that's what will help me remember, hehe.
