Nice day. Nutrition - close to 9/10, sleep - not sure, confusing. Slept at night some and tried to sleep during the day, but couldn't. It's been different ever since I managed to cover my windows more effectively.

Music. Fiddling around with Musescore and Cakewalk. Mostly remembering.

Brain. It's gotten active again. Good times. Not normal. Tunnel. Eyesight. Music does that. Grooved up, and some caffeine on top of that. Gotta do more, but so confused. Wait. Know what's important. Might have been woven into my blood. It's the deadlift. The heavy lift. We're doing it today. We're doing a lot of stuff. So much stuff can be done so quickly. He he. Silly video game quotes. So much to do, so little time. Have you seen the elves? What else... Mudcrabs, patrolling the Mojave... What else? What are some of the best ones? Think of them right now and tell me in your mind, and we can laugh together (in your mind). I allow it, if you do. Conjoined minds. Open doors of the non-material. Connecting, feeling what can't be felt. So much more fresh. Or can it be felt? What do we not know about ourselves? Can we see where it is dark? Can't see in the dark, but can we at least see where it is dark?

I had massive difital fuzz, but I plugged it into a different hole. My audio interface, that is. Into a different USB hole. So much pleasure from the "clean distorted" sound! Noodling, grooving. Imagine a guy playing with bricks instead of actually building something with them. Hmm, lol.

I really might have to change the name of my darn band. Upset or not? Hmm.

I wanna be like The Mask from the movie The Mask. Maybe even the evil version, he he. That says something. That means I wanna unleash my bad stuff from inside and do it with style. One day I might and you best I ain't as evil as I think. Or at least stay outta my way, he he. One day something might happen. Something like something.

The rebranding is gonna have to happen. No more Spire. Now it's Sparkfinger. A bit more lively and jively. A serious joke, but heavy and heavier than most.

Made third moka. Drew some stuff. Interesting. Something. We're doing it.

On Monday I really wanted to play RDR2 (offline). But I decided to play Online first and got drawn into the grind, how silly. It was fun. I was abused by many modders and hackers and managed to report some of them. It's important - you have to go into the player list and see their social club page! Then you see their name and they can not hide from you. And also I engaged in some midly toxic overworld pvp. I was doing a resupply mission for my trader/hunter business and a player randomly melee attacked me after I made a stop to hunt some turkeys. I choked him out quickly and planned to drive away, but he respawned and proceeded to kill me many times as I kept coming onto him. Perhaps the problem is that I was rushing head forward and he saw me coming every time. But it was fun in the end, and I don't feel too salty. At least he wasn't modding! I wonder about the controllers and how RDR has autoaim for everything. It's pretty cheesy, but I am playing on PC, so I believe controller use is less likely. I'm probably gonna end up playing close to 1000 hours in this game (online and offline together) before I stop/abandon it, that's how much potential I see in it. More than FO4? Possible. And online version is better than FO76, player interaction wise.

And I actually wanna play FO76 once again. It's the season. Today it finally feels warm. Springtime.

Deadlift. It's 7 PM. What's the plan? 4 sets of 8 with 210 kgs... Or more. Hehe. Shouldn't be too hard?..

Workout

Warmup - long, not intense, as I finish my coffee and dress up. Also I booted up my old laptop and began updating Cakewalk on it. It's got all the same plugins I still use on projects, so that's good. But I'll probably be recording drums separately.

Deadlift

70 for 8

120 for 8

160 for 8 nice, overhand. Right knee is a bit tweaky, but was stable on this one

193 for 8 - kinda messy, but I didn't bother.

Drummed. CNS is unfit for freeform drumming today. I can't really decisively play well alongside other songs today. And I really need to lube up and tune some of the drums and stands.

213 for 8 messy but okay, kinda easy. Used big collars, as evident from the extra 3 kgs

Drummed and retuned my snare drum to be lower. It is honestly quite taxing. Hung out with my little brother. He saw me doing stuff to my old laptop and kept asking me to let him look stuff up on the internet for the report. But he hasn't done other homework.

213 for 8 bad after such distraction, but okay. It's 76% of 280 after all. And 193 was 68%. Hmm. Well, I already agreed that one more set would be enough. I really need to pay more attention to balancing the weight. I've really been having a lot of issues with sleep.

213 for 8 so much better cause I ceased my experimentation and moved the belt back to it's normal position, and it wasn't loose nor too tight, and I widened my stance and every rep felt way easier, feels like RPE 63/100 if that makes sense. I remember the days when I feared "high reps" like the magic 8+ hehe. It seemed formidable, but now I have better strength and better endurance. Let's see how much learning I'll be able to do tonight...

Also I unloaded the plates and did

Bent over rows / looked a bit more like shrugs, narrow grip

70 - 2 sets of 15 - so I just don't forget how to use that, you know

Saved the on youtube. Why not? Good memories. ANd yeah, I'm not locking out fully and I aint' gonna apologize for it xd
