Nice. Sleep and nutrition - both at least 6 out 10, maybe more. Been enjoying AI Dungeon in combination with various other GPTs and also playing RDR2. In that game, I saved up gold to join three professions - bounty hunter, collector trader (but actually it's more like hunter). As a trader, you have to hunt animals and your associate then desassembles them, I guess, and you have to maintain both materials and supplies, and once you get enough you're supposed to go on a sell mission, and either NPC bandits or other players might attack you. This game has a really unbalanced RPG-style progression and high level players are massively strong compared to beginners. Well, I did a sell mission which was unreasonably long and got attacked by one player, who, thankfully, wasn't overpowerpowered.

Today's workout is somewhat heavy. We'll be doing pushpress, 4 sets of 3, working up from a 100 to 120. Also I think I will drum. It's time to dust it off a bit.

Workout

Warmup - pretty extensive, but only bilateral moves today

Overhead press and pushpress for warmup

20 then 60

100 - 3 presses and 2 pushpresses - pleasantly surprised, some energy defintely has been accumulated.

By the way, I have been having succesfully reducing the amount of coffee I drink. Today is either the third or fourth session in a row of me having 1 moka and a oldschool 60 bean brew (7 grams of coffee / 100 of water). This time I managed to keep it not papery by not boiling it, just pouring hot water over it and then bringing it up to right before boil on the stove.

Pushpress

110 for 3 alright, RPE 6, maybe a little wobbly but good, not pushing too much with legs

115 for 3 okay

Played drums! Felt nice.

120 for 1 okay rep and 2 without proper lockout - banging around so much, no stabilization on heavy weights yet. But I was relaxedly doing it without a belt...

120 for 3 - better. I think I might be putting a little too much accent into my right hand, so now it is above left (normally it's the opposite). I'll try a different approach on Thursday.

Uploaded a video. Finally made a "short" on mobile. Of course, I can't publish it, because it's just low effort stuff. But I'll put it here.

Warning - I put a song I like on it, cause YT makes it easy, so it might be loud. Now we can observe my technique.

What else? Not much else. Oh yes, squat!

Squat

100 - 4 sets of 4 - just keeping it light, left quad still feeling some tension.

Now off to play RDR2, perhaps? I wanted to do a tiny bit more...

Pushups

2 sets of 10 - wall

2 sets of 15 - from the knees. Right pec still awfully creaky. Oh well.

2 sets of 20 - normal, with handles, overcoming the frailty of my connective tissue slowly. After the second set my pec felt no pain!

And that's about it.
