Nice day. Sleep - very good (rare). Nutrition - alright, above average. I think I must have gotten such nice sleep because it was quiet. You see, we've had some works done outside. They've been loud, and just by our house, and now they moved to the part close to my window.

Helping my little brother with some of his homework. Busy. Now it's 9 PM. Not sure what to deadlift. Finished my second coffee. Both of these coffees I managed to brew sucessfully, without it pouring out. I realised I should pour more water in there, cause it still works with the release valve if the pressure gets too high. Took me a few attempts, but both of these times I managed to screw it on correctly.

DL. Going from 180 to 220. That's about it.

Workout

No warmup

Deadlift

20 and 70

Some warmup upstairs.

120 for 5 alright, feeling much better.

160 for 5 okay

190 for 5

200 for 5

210 for 5

220 for 5 okay. RPE 5. I was too laid back tbh, and listening to incorrect music - a song with uneven parts.

Some presses with the bar

It's close to midnight. I'm still watching the webinar video. Not a problem for me, of course. I'm used to being a nighttimer.

Rubber lat pulls

2 sets of 15 two hands, light

1 sets of 15 one hand, light - explosive fashion

2 sets of 15 two hands, hard - same. The skin on my finger still bothers me. The cream isn't helping much.

Nice day in the end. Tomorrow's gonna be about the same, I hope. But more productive, ideally. I managed to learn a few things just now. Brain feels like it's warmed up and running properly. Sent my homework to em. I hope they'll do a good job for me in the end. Brain capacity getting increased. Also, I've been feeling so much more inspired. Many riffs, writing down lyrics, a lot of ideas. Tomorrow I gotta watch a lecture and maybe something else? Yes, do another homework. Now I'm reflecting on myself. Important to do that often. Helps people like me stay on track, when you repeat stuff you gotta do all the time. Hmm. Hope to have a nice workout tomorrow as well. What else? That's what I often ask myself. Ah, yes, a video. It's important to record yourself. I've become too lazy to do it frequently enough. My last set today wasn't perfect, but I guess that shows how easy it was. Didn't feel fatigued after it.

Important small note - the squats on Monday oxidized my legs a bit. They were sore - the way that muscle is sore after working out, from lactic acid, that is - but I knew the energy is there to do DLs easily enough. Back in the day I would've assumed that since they were lactic like that that means I can't do anything. Thankfully, I overcame that false assumption with my experience. But I wonder if there might have been any effects. That's why I should have filmed all sets. No, there most likely was no noticeable effect on my strength, considering how low RPE was on my DLs today. 210 was very easy. Alright, this thought is over. Here's the single video I filmed today.

*sigh* I should teach myself to stop shortening the reps on my working sets. Kind of a bad habit. If I cut out the last 20% it's okay sometimes, I believe. But here I'm doing a little too much cutting on some reps. I mean, it's a good way to save energy, but not a great way to train the whole of deadlift. Sure, my lockout is usually very easy, but I'm sure it's possible to un-train it. So, next time I'll do it better. All reps full on working sets.
