Nice day. Lots of various work opportunities coming up. I was quite strained since last saturday, mentally, that is. Now I'm not. My sleep - not perfect, but okay. Nutrition has been 45/100, mostly cause of poor discipline and slight nervous strain.
On monday I searched for a free VPN server that I can just use in windows. Found a decent Serbian one. And I actually managed to play GTA Online. It was fun. I did a few missions and made enough money to buy a fun Ultralight plane. Turned out much slower than I hoped. But it was reminiscent of old cartoons to me, somehow. Even did a tiny bit of pvp on a jet. Tried doing missions with this Ultralight, after I upgraded it. It was really hard, but fun. Yesterday I uninstalled it. I played for over a month after starting to watch Better Call Saul. Now I'm finishing season 4. The first three seasons were quite captivating. About family and a man's mind. Then it's more about crime n stuff, like Breaking Bad.
Recently I randomly left my phone on a voice acting site. Just didn't bother thinking and left it. Today they gave me "casting". I didn't do it perfectly, but I do like to imagine I have a unique tembre and overall tone of voice, and people say that to me as well. Probably wouldn't have been the case if I wasn't such a monologuer. The price was 50% more than I was expected. Not too much for something fun, realistically, and if it does open more opportunities - even better. If I was saving money better that would have seemed even less.
Had my first coffee during this "casting". It was mostly weak. Overstuffed the moka pot for the second one. Some of it spilled out. But it tasted better. It tastes really great with a hamburger.
I keep thinking about takeout food being comfort food for me. Is it really? Did I really spend a noticeable portion of my earnings last summer just to "comfort" myself? There's gotta be a better way, or at least an easier one. Like some food that I really enjoy saved up under my bed. Cans of kidney beans, for example. He he he. Yeah. I'm not that original. Beans are a meme, you know. But I liked them before I even had internet. Is it autistic to like beans because of their shape and form? No, it's not. Else almost anything could be considered autistic.
Did you know coffee isn't beans? It's supposed to be seeds. And coffee has fruit, too.
Some days you know you'll be nostalgic about. Today's one of these days. I oughta finish watching Better Call Saul and start watching House MD again. Can you believe it ended only in 2012? Feels like yesterday. I remember 2012 so well. I had more energy. Less constrained. Very light too. 4th place in 2012 World's Strongest Hands under 93 kgs. And that's in clothing! And I was 95 kgs merely three years ago as well. Now I'm heavier and it feels better. I don't look fat right now. When I had my knee injury in 2013 I became extra fat. Walking around on a half-bent leg. Failing exams in the university. Didn't have enough experience.
Yesterday felt like an empty day. I helped around lightly, didn't do much, didn't feel great, could sleep easily either. I'm adjusting to the weather. Today, thankfully, is different.
Stable Diffusion is now as free as Dall-E Mini. Why wouldn't it be, if it can run on a single semi-expensive video card? Here's the link - https://huggingface.co/spaces/stabilityai/stable-diffusion My PC would have been able as well if I didn't have AMD. Oh well.
Today I saw a video about an AMD promotional Gibson Les Paul guitar. Really funny. Most of em are much cheaper than normal ones - in the guitar collectors world. A guy bought the AMD one, took the logo off and managed to sell it 5x times despite poor refinishing.
I've not managed to do antyhing with the G310 since monday. I bursted it with black paint outisde, in cold damp weather. There was a lot of white paint mix residue. I later removed with White Spirit. I didn't burst it right. Gotta do some blue painting as well, and then add a few more layers. It's not very black. I should consider doing it after my workout and paint it inside of the garage. Perhaps I could open the garage door paritally, to have better ventilation but no dampness.
Did I mention I deleted GTA5? The could days without playing it helped me break the chemical algorithms without having to genuinely get bored of it. Isn't that great? If only there was game like GTA Online where you played as a hero rather than a scumbag.

Having another coffee. Added some robusta. I ought lay off it for a while. I'll have very little tomorrow. Today I'll pick out a balance between stimulation and accumulation for my DL. I';m think of 175 for 4 sets of 8. Shouldn't be hard? Sounds like a long workout, lol. But I've done so much more. I know it's supposed to be easy, and, in fact, very easy. And after than I'll do some painting. Definitely have to buy more lacquer soon.
Almost nine. I oughta get down there and work out.
Workout
Deadlift
Quick upstairs warmup
20 - 50 - 100 - 150 for 8 - quick initial warmup. I did take breaks though.
170 for 8 - overhand grip. Not too bad. Easy enough. Never treat a light weight like a light weight though!
Played drums. It's been so long! I think I've not played em since july. Man, this summer was awesome and calm. I almost made it extraordinarily good. All I needed to do was pace myself better and play music more, create more. That's all I should've done to make it better. I shall do that immediately.
170 for 8 - overhand grip as well. Put more effort into locking out. You know, I wanted to do 4 sets of 8. But I realise that's just cutting volume. Cutting volume on a power-volume program (i.e. weightlifting program) is simply counterproductive.
175 for 8 - good. Wearing straps this time. Due to the lightness of weight my technique was really shifting around, ending up looking like stiff legged DL. Two more sets to go... Taking longer breaks.
175 - 2 sets of 8 - nice. 4th set I sped up and almost did a touch and go rep. Thankfully, it doesn't look this way in video. 5th set - better, resetting.
Sanded some spots on the neck and added a couple more layers of paint. A water droplet fell on it and ruined it. How silly. Should have gone under the roof.
Body - painted it under the room. Fixed the mismatched black burst. Looks much better. I think I'm about to run out of blue paint again. It dried up quickly and I put both the neck and the body back in the garage (after finishing my bench).
Bench press
50 - 3 sets of 15
70 for 15
Better than on monday. I am shrugging my shoulders a bit, and that way my pecs are not as stretched. I should work my lats (and the rest of my back) more often. That should help with mobility here. Very thankful for the lack of pain.
Much later - tried doing rubber pulls and got insane cramps in my lats. Unpleasant. Cramps are still a mystery. I guess the only good choice to avoid them is to avoid the circumstances under which they happen, such as taking an overly long break after the main workout.
