August 25th, Thusrday - An actual light workout, working on G310
25.08.2022
Kind of a messy day, but overall nice and calm. Sleep - mediocre, nutrition - good. Late at night, having an actual light session for once.
Workout
Overall light body moves, with a stick too
Having a curious idea. I want energy in my legs. But mostly creatine and explosiveness. What if I did low reps on squat, keeping good form?
One arm presses
12 kgs - 2 sets of 10 - I believe this exercise is underrated for the wrong reasons. You're supposed to always do it usilizing as much body movement and shoulder mobility. And it will really help you in your weak spots. I can already feel the parts of my body that never get stretched.
Overhead press
27 kg ez bar for 11
40 - 42 - 45 - 47 for 5
Using the rising weight to teach my body for it this way. Maybe it's a stretch, of course. But quite likely it isn't, even considering the minimality of the effect.
Squat - high bar
15 BW
10 with a PVC pipe
40 for 10
70 for 5
90 - 3 sets of 3 - explosive, with acceleration, proper grunting. Didn't wear the belt, expect for woolen belt, not that it matters of course.
And that's it. Sanded the G310 with fine grit sandpaper to make it smoother. I see it now. I sanded it until the white sealer started showing up in the uneven spots. It's very uneven. It's not going to be smooth. It's going to be wild and reliefed. Hand-natural, if you will.
I sanded only the front and back. Then I degreased it just to be sure, reheated the paint and applied. It does look sort of glittery - but only in the really smooth parts. Not bad. Cool, interesting. I did not paint the sides, however. I am curious. I want to do something unusual and layer the side-burst. First layer was pure blue, then blue and burst, then blue again, and so on. That way it might creeate a cool effect at some point later! Or so I think. I shall experiment! The best time to try new things is exactly right now.
Did it. Now perfectly even, but I am so excited. Maybe I'll snap a pic next time. Right now you can have the pic of the first layer of sealer!
