You know, I've been thinking. What if, after I'm done with deadlift and pushpress, I could start training my strict press? Is it profitable in any way whatsoever? Cause, you know, doing strict press only is just not that great for activating your strength. But I want to develop a strong strict press and shut down the haters :) I'll be shutting em down with my DL and PP first. I will do 150 in PP, if all goes well. Perhaps I should devote a moderate amount of attention to it today as well. Just to see how it feels. It is, however, very late right now.

I had a nice day yesterday. Didn't sleep much in the morning. Woke up, worked, ate nicely. Went back to sleep. Woke up close to 7 PM. Had some water and coffee. Did another repeatable quests. I am quite grateful for the amount of work I have. Putting effort into being more thorough. I used to be worse back in the day.

Now, the question is - how should I balance today's load with saturday? I want to be fresh for saturday. I think I'll have 4 sets of 4 with 80%. So, going from 112 to 128? I think I should definitely be able to do 125 for 4. 128? We'll think about that. I really will need nice warmup for my knees.

Today I wanted to bench moderately. I think that's what I'll do. And BW squats. And before all that - some accumulation exercises. I still have a few mintues. Suffering from intrusive thoughts. Not pleasant.

Overhead press

50 - 2 sets of 5

Bench

70 - 3 sets of 15 nice, Supersetted with indian club swings - trying it for the first time, first with a bar with 5 kgs on one end, then with an empty bar. Pumps up my forearms and palms massively, as well as lats and tris.

Squats

A few reps with rubber assist - not comfortable

5 sets of 15 reps - bodyweight

Floor-supported ring pullups - very easy

2 sets of 20
