It's still saturday to me. I am overstimulated by training endorphins random flashes of adrenaline from my thoughts. The light. It's... good enough. It's where it should be. But I don't want to see it. But I want to want to see it.

Anyway, I just wanted to outline a few things mentally. Such as my news PP workout, as well as DL on wednesday. So, here goes...

On monday I'll be benching 110 kgs for sets of 10, perhaps? After some OHP. And then squats. I think I could work up to 140 for 10, and not forget to do som BW squats.

Wednesday... The start of the forelast microcycle. Yes, forelast is a word. Because I wrote it.
4 sets of 6 with 75%. That means we'll be going from 202,5 to 225. Extraordinarily light, ha ha.

Thursday? Something lights, some rehab work, some lats and squats. Maybe with a bar, maybe just BWs.

Next saturday... Will I survive until then? Ha ha. Memento mortem, so you can be true to yourself. Am I true to myself? Almost. I admit, in many things I am a hypocrite. But I struggle. Anyway... PPs. Pushpresses. I think 160 is definitely too big of a weight for supermax of mine. I really need to learn to put the bar on my chest like I used to. I think I can. My arms used to bend so easily. And narrow grip that was too. I don't think losing weight and arm size is going to be that helpful. Funny that I'm even thinking about it, ha ha. I don't need to have a very stable position for a bar in my arms. In fact, I might go lower than my max. Consider my mini-max 120, and my supermax 150. So, what will it be?.. Let me check.
85% - 4 sets of 2. Sounds light, somehow. So we'll be going from 102 to 127,5. Sounds very reasonable.

Now, another question. Should I try to pushpress more often? I think I could give it a shot once again. I think I wrote about it before, how I've been training OHP lifts too often a month ago. Last spring was kind of a waste, gains wise. Oh, I was strong and I got stronger. But I got stronger despite my actions. Heck, man, I was massively despressed last march/april. Well, not depressed, but something of the sort. It felt similar to what some people describe. In fact, I'm quite confident that it's not depression. It's more of a very powerful mental strain that just doesn't go away. Like a muscle cramp that gives you rhabdomyolisys. (Ha ha, it's written "rhabdomyolysis". Silly.)

Damn, am I graphomaniac or what? I reckon I'm not, cause it's just silly old blog for a person's rambles. What kind of a person? The kind that rambles to themself a lot, he he. And laughs to himself too. What's so funny? A lot of things are, if you look at them right.

Well, despite sufexperiencing some temporal overstimulation, I am enjoying this moment. I'm just standing here, in my new monitor headphones - they don't leave a dent in your head! - and enjoying myself, after having finished most of remaining pork. One of the junior acolytes, or perhaps both of that have grabbed some, I would hope. Calorific! Great stuff. I'd like to have some oats later.

It's just so hard to naturally calm down sometimes. And I don't mean "to stop acting hysterical/anxious/etc." I mean to actually slow down your whole CNS. I reckon that has to be one of the reasons for "second day syndrome" to exist. For a whole day after a heavy session you are overstimulated, not feeling any tiredness, but then you relax for the second time and the hammer of cortisol comes down on you. Best have some time to rest then.

Well, great. We talked over some points. Planned out the whole next week. Is anything likely to happen? I don't know. Anything "unexpected"? Can happen. I'm expecting it to happen. That's why I hope to have high energy level throughout all of the next weel. Monday is light, wednesday - not that heavy, the max weight will be just 225, after all. Thursday - light, saturday - might be hard, but only on 2 rep sets! And if everything goes well, I shall have better technique by the next week. Ever since I started pushpressing my technique improved only very slightly. Today (on 16th, I mean), it was kinda wack. But there are thigns to be pleased with, such as the fact that I was able to lock em out when I couldn't push the bar far enough.

Forgotten muscles. Let's talk about em. They're so forgotten they can't be trained! Ha ha. In all seriousness, of course, all of my body stays in "decent shape" from the compound exercises that I do. However, there are more things to be desired and achieved. Such as sufficient flexibility and limberness for my legs and torso. BW squats help a lot, with some jumps sprinkled in nicely. Could do some funny specific exercises, such as lifting the heavy bag (boxing bag). I should use it more often.

I think I'm finally starting to relax. I feel the dreams rising in my head. Wish me a happy dream, stranger.
