PP info

 12.03.2022

Nice day. Lotsa work, repeatable quests. Had coffee, rather late. Helped my mother warmup and workout a tiny bit. She's gotten better. Endorphins going in the muscle.

Pushpress - long warmup

50 - 60 - 70 - 80 - 90 a few sets

100 for singles - I think I did, like, six sets.

Important physical culture info

Pushpress - instead of trying to even out my hands, I gave into my unevenness, I think think it made it much better. Right hand grip - relatively wide, left - about the same, but 1 cm further to the side. And that really helped me grip the bar without twisting my hand/wrist.

Hand position - NOT close to the wrist, but further away, wrists bending more. Proven to be better.

Frontal quarter-squats

90 - 2 sets of 8 - really tight wrist, getting better. I was so good at PP before I fell ill in the end of november.

70 - 1 set of 8 - that was enough, pretty late.

Conclusion: I think I oughta train PP harder, rather then just try to adjust technique. Today wasn't that easy, you know. A weight, possibly between 60 and 80 of my max. A hundred, that is. Not fatiguing, but hard for my wrist and elbows.

Actually, now that I think about it, the wrist is the only limiting factor. Everything else is sufficiently flexible.
