Another day. Yesterday was just kind of a wrong day. Little sleep after sunday, and once again didn't sleep at night. As per usual, it is a hindrance. Feels like one, more importantly. Tired of this. Old vicious cycle - a few weeks normal, a few weeks not sleeping at night. Obviously, it's about coffee. But more than that, it's about discipline. I spent four hours drinking coffee yesterday. (It doesn't mean I drank a lot, it just means I took long breaks and brewed a second portion very late). Tomorrow is an opportune day to fix it. I'll be deadlifting. I'll have one repeatable quests at twelve, have to wake up earlier. Sleep breaks are bad, man. One ten minute break takes away like forty minutes of sleep. Ten minutes away from bed, thirty minutes to try and fall asleep again. Well, it's a blessing and a curse, if you will. I have CNS capable of arming itself quickly. And I'm not gonna give it up. Cause it's good. And in the end, I don't suffer that much. I just to get better discipline.

Doing 130 in PP was wrong. Not inherently - it's not that heavy of a weight, but it's out line. Too impulsive. I haven't been working with a lighter weight enough to make a jump like that. PP is about technique. And I need to fix my wrist - in overhead position, I need to rotate my forearm, so the elbow is turned forward. Not simple.

I wanna elevate myself. Been feeling like a worm. A carnal creature. Not doing anything sublime. Except for music, of course. But even music is somewhat grounded yet, as I search for inspiration. Well, I found some nice inspiration and I made two riffs for two different songs. I just hope to work out earlier tomorrow. If I can succesfully do that - a lot of my problems will be fixed. Since I slept during the day today, I might have to accept the fact that I'm not gonna get a "full night of sleep", but I haven't been getting anything like that for a long time, including before my DLs, and my DLs have been going rather great.

Nice day. Sleep is okay. Ended up having a daytime nap til 5PM, after doing stuff in the morning.

That Glenn Fricker was right - there is a lot of things to sing about. He makes me dislike him a lot, but I remember how he admitted to being an intentional internet provocateur to get more views. So I don't have to take his non-music related stuff seriously. His tonewood "experiment" proved that tonewood is real, but he still tried to make it as divisive as possible. Like, are you sure that clean guitar tones are never used in metal? Lol.

Having coffee. Bought some random stuff online. Russian flag. Another red T-shirt. I realised that red color of my clothes literally makes me act differently. Funny, isn't it? Well, I love red. I love all sorts of stimulation. Ha ha. If you're anything like me - I know know what you're thinking about. And no, you are wrong, hehe.

Today's deadlift. A lot of fun. I hope to do some music as well. I have to pick which song I'm gonna work on. By the way, here's the demo clips I've been working on - Improv_122 and 123. Work titles "wedding" and "harmobile". What do they mean? Randomwordgenerator will tell you. Check out the stanky solo in the first one! You get stank from major 7th, tritones and major 6ths in minor, Epic stuff comes from 4ths, 5ths and major 2nds.

Good times. Right now are good times. Weird, huh? Who would have expected. I feel alive and not depressed. A year ago it was worse. Why? Not sure.

Deadlift

Warmup - not too ling, very small amount of stretching (not too much!)

50

100

150 for 2

190*2

210*4

220*4

230*4 pretty easy, RPE 6/10 I'd say

240*4 Harder. RPE roughly 714/1000. Technique got a little weird. I should consider doing more "full reps" on working sets, cause, you know I don't always completely lock out. Cause the hard part got trained, and it's very easy to lock out once you've passed the sticking point (around your knees). At least that's the case for me, cause I don't do hunchback DL.

Kinda wanna stop everything today. But also not want 😁 Gotta do more!

I've noticed that smileys sort of take of the place of punctuation when they're used sometimes. They might be cringy, but I feel like they're a great tool in expanding your expressiveness in text. WHen you spek in real life you're transmitting so much more than just text, you know. Smileys allow us to get closer to it.

Supine floor-supported ring pullups - 1 set of 20 (medium angle)

Rubber supported pullups, parallel grip - 10 reps

A couple sets of hangs with raised knees to help my back relax.

Great picture of the day
