Nice day. Slept very little (less than V hours), but that's okay, cause I wasn't tired. Not pumped with energy either, though. Well, I was a massive workout on saturday, or sabbath, if you will. Some junior acolytes returned to the citadel today. We had fun together, learning music theory and such.

Had a lot of coffee. Shaved my face after a long while. I like to imagine I have what's called a "woodsman goatee" style. I like it the most for my face. My sideburns aren't that thick, but I like em. Although having a face is a funny thing. It makes you vulnerable. Not having a face would be better in some way. But it would make communications complicated. I actually love the way I look. Not as much as I love the way I sound, however. Funny.

Been playing Fallout 4 Survival mode. In between level 30-40 yesterday. Did a few quests. Did the "Big Dig" and I had to run between Goodneighbor and Diamond city so many times. And some other quests. Recruited MacReady and freed Nick with him. He pisses me off. He's like Knight Shin from FO76 - bitter and merciless. I loved doing the first part of his quest though. There was a funny bug, cause when I had to get up to the platform where the gunners were, if I managed to sneak up there the quest npcs - they were called something like Flintlock and Locke (edit: Barnes and Winlock), so anyway, they didn't aggro if I managed to sneak up there. It was a hard mission, I got killed like four times.
And as I leveled up I immediately started to notice way tougher enemies. I went from oneshotting everyone at some point to having to grind em way more. MacReady though, I just like him too much, hard to get affinity with him. Good companion though, I actually managed to use him to distract enemies from me. And he's way tankier than the player character in Survival mode - took a missile and didn't even fall. So, I finished The Big Dig and got rid of him - sent him to the Red Rocket station. Can't wait to finish Nuka World and start the Minutemen questline. I went to the theme park and got to the Galaxy Zone, where my ass was kicked so hard around level 20. Nuka guardians and turrets were the worst. I turned off Nuka guardians first, and then protectrons for some reason. Got killed five times or more, losing over an hour of gameplay (overall). Then I got 20 star cores and managed to fix the security system in the Galaxy Zone. Went around and gathered most of them, only around 4 was left. Started the Hubology questline, was tempted to get all of the aligments, but realised there were all temporary. They're a parody of Scientology, and read a few fun articles about them later. It can be infuriating, knowing that people like this can do what they do. Oh well. Then I left the game and didn't play FO76. Now I'm high on coffee, but not too excited. I realise that writing is really poor right now. Well, can't care, don't care. It's just for my memory. A man can expose himself once in a liftime.

Pushups

Some warmup

2 sets of 30 - feels nice, I look surprisingly massive in the reflection. Today's a really light day though, that's gotta be good for me.

Dumbbell press

17+17 for 40 reps - I think it kindas felt too light for a light workout. Maybe it's not so bad though. I think it's better to do something with more carryover.

Overhead press (ez bar)

27 - 2 sets of 15

Rubber lat pulls - 2 sets of 15

Floor-supported ring supine pullups

2 sets of 15 - I made sure to lengthen the range by pulling my hands close to my belly. Lotsa bodybuilding-oriented fun. Not bodybuilding itself, however. Different goals, different means, similar ways.

Squats with jumpups

3 sets of 15

That's it for now. Seeing how I'm talking so much about FO4 I ought to post some of the screenshots I've been making.

All Faiths Chapel in Diamond City - I never really paid attention to it before!

There's so much stuff in Nuka World. Stuff that'll make you overpowered. I guess it makes sense, seeing how it's the last DLC. Normally, I don't like power armor too much (and I really don't like it in FO76), but this one turns me on. I'm yet to get hands on it!
