Good day. Did some work, after a long time. Spent some time speaking. Throat not used to it.
Been playing Fallout 3. It's fun, but I want New Vegas, I think. Still can come back and play it some more.
Woke up early today. Been waking up at 6 or so and then going back to sleep. Good schedule. Boring, but good.
Got some stuff replanned today. Had 100 beans over three cups. It sucked. Found a maggot in the coffee. It was a moth maggot. Had to take a break. Then I had a couple cups of instant coffee. Makes me dizzy now, for some reason. Feeling a bit jumbled. It's about time. I have some "relatively heavy" plans for today. I'm not gonna take too much time though. Been feeling nice. Appetite is weird, craving sugary product. Well, I've been eating buckwheat too, so that's good for me. That means it's not the only thing I eat. Jumbled right now. Pain. Good old pain. It's just never gone. And coffee makes it flow up from the botton. Why? Laws of physics, laws of nature. Not a big deal. It's okay. I shall enjoy myself today and sing glory to God with my lovely intense workout.
---
Starting with a thoroughy warmup in my room. Old school - movements from top to bottom, some squats, some L-flies. I think you should do L-flies in a similar manner to the way you hold the bar. Stretch all the correct parts. That's what you do it for, right?
Overhead press
20*10
60*5
80*5
100*3 poor technique - too strict
100 for 4 and a half - better, made grip too wide, breathing doesn't work the same way, but okay
80*5 breathing not great. Perhaps I should do breathing squats to redevelop the system? Throat keeps feeling dry.
Bench press
60*15 squeaky
60*15 okay
80*15 nice breathing, left shoulder kinda tight
Went back to my room. Decided I'm not gonna do barbell squats. I feel like I need to accumulate enough volume, however. Just enough. A lot. But definitely not too much. And not the wrong kind (i.e. no unusual exercises).
Squat
4 sets of 15 - bodyweight
Floor-supported ring pullups (light)
4 sets of 15
Seated full-range shoulder flys (not flies)
A pair of 6 kg dumbbells - 1 set of 15 - felt like this was enough. Getting cramps in my back, wondering why. Well, I am lighter.
Played Fallout 3, enjoyed a tiny bit of intensity - after long wandering through dimly lit metro the game got hard once I ran out of supplies. Did that quest where you fetch the relay dish for the radio, and it got hard as I kept running out of healing supplies. Dogmeat helped by tanking damage from supermutants, and I managed to heal up in a men's toilet in the museum - there was a sink. I thought my I was about to die from Buffout withdrawal (my character, not me irl, just to be clear xD), cause I had 53 health and Buffout effect was about to run out. Honestly, it's a pretty epic game, I just gotta find all the quests I have never done and enjoy them.
P.S. Added a screenshot from that moment (today's actually 7th)
