Nice day. Did some work. Slept a little bit. Tried to sleep later, but couldn't really. Studied music theory with one of the junior acolytes. Had 120 beans of coffee. Rebrewed it for more bits of caffeine. Played guitar a bit - been exploring Harmonic Minor and its modes. I think I mentioned that a few days ago.

Warmed up my shoulders in my room. Did some stretching with the dumbbells for my elbows, wrists and forearms - so I'd be able to hold the barbell on my clavicle, not just in my arms. Closer to the center of mass, you know. Better physics.

Pushpress - actually, all of it was push jerk (with a dip)

70 - 2 sets of 50

90 - 5 sets of 2

A relatively long break.

Squat

2 sets of 10 - BW

70*10

100*10

120*10 no belt, felt nice, using the stretch reflex, but my back kinda bends a bit more than I'd like, really looks like goodmorning squats. But it's deep though, thighs touching calves all the way. Breathing is nice. Throat is okay - the air sure feels cold and rancid in the garage. Super hardcore. Mega stimulus. Makes you wanna get outta there as fast as possible, ha ha.

Been really distracted. Took a long break and now I'm sure if I wanna do any more exercising for the day. Well, it's all gonna be easy though.

Floor-supported ring pullups, overhand widened grip

3 sets of 20 - surprisingly easy. Must have been the overhead grip

And that has to be it. Played New vegas for a while - finally got my hands on the Medicine Stick, and sort of entered the "endgame" part. Well, took me over a week at least. Been playing on "very hard" with hardcore mode, but the game only was occasionally hard - it makes sense, of course, it's a representation of a somewhat real world, and in the real world not everything is super hard. Show you my attitude towards life, doesn't it? Oh well. I'd play with JSawyer mod, but i didn't care too much. I just love doing everything at once and filling up my inventory to the brim. Making the game more realistic in terms of micromanaging supplies would take up too much time.

William Woodsend Memorial Homes, Nottingham

The William Woodsend Memorial Homes were erected in 1912–13 on Derby Road in Lenton, Nottingham. They were built as six almshouses in memory of local builder William Woodsend by his sons, Jack and Arthur. These almshouses have several conditions of tenancy including preference to be given to persons who, through no fault of their own, have become reduced in circumstances. Or, to women previously employed as governesses, nurses or school mistresses who have not been able to make provision for their old age. The William Woodsend Memorial Homes charity looked after the property and its residents from 1913 until 2007. When the charity managing the homes ran out of money in 2007, the homes were taken over by the Nottingham Community Housing Association.
