Nice day. I gotta admit something - I slept the whole day yesterday, and even cancelled an opportunity to do a repeateable quest. I literally slept for over 15 hours. That's fascinating. I don't know how that's possible. Maybe I'm more lazy than I expect. Maybe my CNS is going through changes. I had repetitive dreams, borderline fewerish, but enjoyable. There was even a plot of some kind. Maybe I was ill. It's the proper season for it. Plus I do have a rhinitis - very hard to breathe sometimes. Only easy when I work out.

Had two batches of coffee. Before that; nutrition 5/10 - too many veggies. And I had too much coffee, but not too much caffeine. I just had too much liquid that didn't drain for a while. lol.

Deadlift

Warmup

50 and 100 cramped up my left hamstring, which was still kinda tight after monday squats

150

190 - 4 sets of 8 - very nice :D 😄 I think this is a volume PR. Difficulty - medium/easy. All reps were swift and powerful, but maybe lazy cause I didn't bother to completely lock out every time. I think it's better for the longevity of you backbone. Don't lock joints - don't let the joints lift when it's muscle's turn. That's how people break their arms in armwrestling. Armwrestling is such a damaging sport. I'm fascinated that people do it. Their arms look crippled. Buff and crippled, like that guy from 300 (the movie). Just reshaped into a static lever tool. Powerful, but painful to look at. But that's only if you know what it takes. I ain't judging, I'm just lowkey amazed. As long as it's fun and it's not a massively bad example - I won't judge. I'm quilty of similar things. Got a lot of titanium in my joints.

Drummed for quite a while - enjoyed myself. Getting better with double bass pedal. My chair isn't as ucomfortable as I expected - I can use the "legs up" technique. Just gotta practice. And I practiced some 4&'s too.

That's about it for now. I really wanna play the Sims 3. Been playing it a lot. It's sort of my autumn tradition - except i skipped it in 2020 and 2019. But in 17 and 18 I really enjoyed it. And now I'm enjoying it again. Bought some DLCs and other content. Just having some very basic fun looking at things and people. It's like a dollhouse with living dolls. Cause they actually do have free will of some kind. Algorithmic, but convincing. I heard the Sims 4 is much worse in that sense. I think the Sims games really benefit from Adventure mode type of games. Cause I really loved The Sims 2 on PSP. Never finished it cause I didn't speak english well enough, or maybe it was bugged. One day I wanna buy it again and play this game and Crash Banicoot, and maybe something else. Definitely not GTA's - I played them way too much. Hundreds of hours. And I don't like to play as a silly criminal anymore. I talked about it this spring, when I tried to play GTA5.

Spring lat pulls (very easy) - 2 sets of 20; One arm (harder) - 2 sets of 10

Actual pullups - 2 sets of 10 - feels good to be able to do that in an easy enough manner.

Dummbell curls

6+6 for 15 - 2 sets

17+17 for 15 - 2 sets

Wrist curls, over and under

6 kg dbs, 3 sets of 20 reps
