A new day - Sparkfinger season 2
01.10.2021
Nice enough day. Got enough sleep, did some repeatable quests, had a rather slight breakfast - roughly 100 grams of pasta and like 50 grams of fish. I thought it was gonna be enough and didn't bother.
Then I came across reddit and some really big news, and I knew it was time to come back to youtube. So I made a video rather quickly -
I hope I'm not gonna be as obsessed with anylytics and such in this season 2. And I hope I'll be consistent, because I feel like I do want to return, and I think that this work really helps me unburden my poor tortured psyche. Well, I'm overesaggerating. With a body like mine my soul can only be tortured so much, ha ha!
Had two large (but not the thickest) batches of arabica, and then I decided to top it off with a cup of instant coffee for some reason. It was already 8 PM - I was stuck reinforming myself on AI games.
Deadlift
Warmup
50 - 100
150 for 5
190 for 8 - first rep overhand, second failed overhand, but I still decided to count it. And during the set I realised that I need to stop. It was too hard, even though the weight wasn't really heavy.
Then, after really short consideration, I ordered some takeout. Mostly carbs.
Bent over rows
100 for 15 - surprisingly hard, that's when I knew even better my energy was low.
50 for 20
Floor supported ring pullups - easy variation
3 sets of 15 - my muscles burned with a feeling of emptiness, that's how I knew I was low on nutrients. Yesterday I had a rather bad diet as well, to be honest. And too much pointless worry and stress. No one's better at torturing yourself than you! Ha ha. Old memories resurfacing again. Pain. Just pain. Darkness is flowing around, but it hasn't entered my mind yet, thankfully, and hopefully it won't, because when it does the damage done to me surpasses my "normal" threshold. Darkness isn't that bad, what is bad is something that makes you do things. Darkness, instead, just blocks passages in my psyche and debilitates me - as if I was out of senses. Can't see, can't hear, can't feel. Rather normal, honestly. It just takes time to expulge it. Is "expulge" a word? I think I'm thinking of "expel", ha ha.
Well, that was it. I should really consider ordering less next time, ha ha. Or not ordering at all. Or, better yet, avoiding the possibility for darkness to enter my psyche, so that I desperately search for ways to relieve it. In the old days - before I started this blod - I would gorge myself on anspiring and ibuprofen, enjoying a very slight sensation of painlessness, but runing my physical recovery and getting myself close to rhabdo with my poorly structured workout plans. This year the relief has been takeouts. Last summer I would gulp protein shakes in order to avoid catabolism coming from mental fatigue. Honestly, I should really go back to it. Blessings be, it is a lovely idea!
Now I shall finish my bag of protein, and this habit shall help me avoid ordering so much damn takeout so frequently. And I should probably consider having some before workouts as well, in case my breakfast is accidentally quite frail. Normally, a weak brakfast isn't really a problem - if I had decent nurtition on the previous day, but today it wasn't the case.
Just gotta be disciplined with my nutrition, and that discipline will carry other to other things in life. It's quite evident now at this point. Better food = more energy = less catabolism = less mental stress from all sorts of things.
When a man is pushed past a certain line he's likely to do risky things. I'm quite a hysterical lad, aren't I? Ha ha. But all my "hysteries" are inside. Adn they're rather well contained - most of the time, or maybe some of the time. I let all my random miniscule impulses out when I work out and I can permit myself to be a bit more eccentric. That brings me joy and relieves mental pressure. If more people allowed their eccentricity to burst through, I reckon some people would be less stressed. Some people would be more stressed because they'd be judged my no-fun tightasses (pardon my french). Fun, oh what a beautiful thing. Simple childish fun, like looking at a wall, or setting something on fire. He he (that's a joke).
Well, look at my wordiness. Letting all the garbage out, as well as some internal beauty. You can see how the psyche of a man resembles nature as well. Or at least that what i see right now.

By the way, it only took a day for the good users of Metal Archives to add my little EP to the encyclopedia. How great! I still remember being extremely shocked when my band was added the first time.
