 02.09.2021

You know, I've been rereading this blog from a year ago and I realised that I was training in a very laid back fashion in september 2020. I wasn't following a program - I was just doing whatever. I was still recovering my finger, of course.

I was intentionally not going through a program. Perhaps I'll have to try and recover that mindset, cause clearly something within my body is just not ready for "hard" gym work (i.e. lifting in accordance to a program.)

Perhaps today I should just pump my muscles as much as possible. And I guess I'll have to restart a program when I actually get into it - cause it's all been really bad.

Having coffee - a handful of beans I portioned yesterday. It looks less than 100 beans, so let's go with that.

Once again, I think I just have to recover my CNS or something.

I completely forgot about the "tunnel" - where has it gone? Why don't I feel the "tunnel" anymore?

Well, it's not comepletely gone, there's still something like that, especially if I do light high-rep workouts. Which is a good idea.

Well, it's almost 8 PM now. I guess I'll finish my coffee and give myself some more time, and then go and do the aforementioned workout. I wanna deadlift, and I'd love to do some squats too. So let's do it.

And, another somewhat important note - I think I should train my wrist out of pain. Nothing severe or extreme, I should just do all sorts of lightweight pumping instead of letting it rest all the time. I think it should help me much better.

Roughly 90 minutes later

Well, here's my workout. It turned out nice, and I was disciplined today. One bag of beans, didn't rebrew it, whole training session didn't last more than 40 minutes. It could arguably even fit in 30 minutes if you don't count warmup sets.

Deadlift - mostly trying to make a pause every time

20*15

50 - 2 sets of 15

Squat - no belt, wearing crocs, small plates under heels

20*10

50*10

70*10

100*10

120*10 nice, easy enough

And that was it for the garage. Then I did wrist curls with 6 kg dumbbells - underhand and overhand, 20 reps, 5 sets. Wrists feel good. Pray it helps!

A very curious thing - every time I finish writing a post I have an urge to show something. Quite often it's a desire to show something raunchy and inappropriate. And sometimes it's different. Today I wanna post some picture reminding people about God. That happened before, of course. Just look at different random pictures. Sometimes you wanna post something about your life. I'm a little paranoid about that though. But just a little. Sometimes I really wanna show people some things. I know for a fact that it's quite possible that someone will find this blog one day and bingeread it. Because I'm putting personal things here. You get to know me, an actual other person. And you get to know me better that a lot of people in real life. Not in every way, of course. But you do get to know me very well. And I think I might be boring. Unless you yourself are in that "mood" or "condition" where you search for things that will stimulate you just the right way. That's me, the way I feel quite often.

The aforementioned "tunnel vision" might be here. Not really, not completely, but it's almost here. I really miss that feeling. I wonder what changed in my brain.
