Nice day. CNS kind of still not fully recovered. Did some repeatable quests, had pasta and small pork chops for breakfast, some time later I had two handfuls of coffee beans over two batches, over an overly long period of time. Played the classical guitar a tiny bit.

Squat - sets of 10

20 - 50 - 100 - 120

Started getting bummed out before the last set (CNS was getting fatigued quickly), tweaked my left hamstring a tiny bit, dropped one side of the bar as I was racking it, pinched my ring finger a tiny bit. It shouldn't be called a ring finger, in my humble opinion. Cause rings are just bad for you. You'll tear off your skin and flesh when you have to grip soemthing hard with a ring on your finger. Not even kidding. Wearing all the small things makes me feel really anxious and uncomfortable. I only wear a cross, and I use a braided sewing thread for it. I used to feel very uncomfortable when I tried wearing a watch back in the day. Same feeling I get when I try to put on a tiny shoe. I used to have some tiny shoes when I was younger. Now I wear out my footwear extremely quickly. Most of it.

Played drums - only warmup, it felt nice, but due to CNS fatigue I decided to stop at that.

One arm dumbbell press

17 for 10

27 for 5

37 - 2 sets of 5 - I reckon I could press massive weights on it, but first I'd want to get my abs and hips in proper stretched shape for this. Much harder to press with my left, since my left shoulder is higher. A lot of people have these little scolioses and such, and it's okay - just like a crab having one large claw is okay. I think I talked about this before, he he.

Some time later

Pushpress - 27 kg barbell - 3sets of more than 10 reps (I think) - redeveloping the technique, loosening up my knee lol hehe (that's not a good thing). Neck cramped up a bit.
Now I wanna train arms a bit. What to do? I still have a 17 kg small dumbbell loaded up all nice and cute...

Did a radiant quest instead. Now I wanna do some aerobics with light dumbbells.

2 kg dumbbells - first 20 reps of press-flys, then some reps for chest - squeezing them in front of me
Then 20 more flys (not flies), then one more set of a lot of reps.

I feel like youtube viewers really want me to come back. It's not an easy job, especially when it's not a job and your boss is a suffering perfectionist. I really feel like I might come back soon, hehe!
Just do some really laid back shitposting (pardor for a slightly offensive term, but it describes the creative process quite well, hehe).

Caffeine. When your CNS is tired it doesn't affect you as much. In fact, you need to have your blood moving if you want to feel it.

Seated curls, 6 kg dumbbells, 2 sets of 20 reps

One arm seated curl, 17 kg dumbbell - 2 sets of 15 reps - I made it really strict and slow and managed to feel some actual sharp pain! :0 A normal kind, of course, not the injury kind.

Wrist curls, underhand grip, one hand - 17 kg - 2 sets of 15 - burning, can feel my pronators working as well
Overhand grip wrist curls, 27 kg ez bar - 27 kg - 2 sets of 15 - medium difficulty

I really feel like I'm missing out on bench. Maybe it's better this way, especially if I want to stretch my upper body for pushpresses.

Been playing The Sims 3 recently. It's sort of an autumn tradition - I played it in september 2017 and 2018, but then missed the next two years. Now I'm back, playing it on a gaming PC this time. Apparently there's a 64 bit version? Will I really have to reinstall it? Ha ha.
