August 16th, monday

Woke up at 2AM after roughly 13 hours of sleep. Played FO76. I assumed I was already in "monday mode", but I could avoid negaqtive effects from gaming if I slept a bit. Slept from 1 to 5 PM. Woke up hazy. Got some caffeine, felt good and didn't go overboard with negativity. Eyes hurted, felt like there was pressure in them. Played around with my mic - tried plugging it into my phone. I'm not sure, but I think it worked.
Later
Overhead press
Warmup
70*5
90*5 felt very weak
100 - 2 sets of 5 - felt weak
Played drums a bit, got negative due to some other things.
Later at night did a few sets of dummbell flys (not flies) with 6 kg for 15 resp, quick breaks.

Important thing - your energy goes away all the time. So it's way better to work out right after sleeping. Cause when you sleep you gain some energy overall. My sleeping got broken. It's like I had 4 hour long sleep after playing FO76 for too long. Can't play it during the day - connection breaks all the time.
Anyway, I think I gotta try working out earlier in the day. I speculate that I'm gonna love it.

A lot of my joints hurt. Why? Probably some common related cause.
Last year, when I decided to fix my back I made a resolution to step away from OHP and deadlift for a while - at least their normal variations. Most of the summer I had fun with unconventional (for me) exercises, and then I got back into it in autumn. This summer I was a mess in the first half, nice enough in the second half of july and kind of messy in the first half of august, again. I guess I gotta un-mess myself and find a way to have more energy every day. The (new) exercises are going to be the "pivot" to change my energy constant. Plus, a lifestyle change already sort of occured at in early august. I feel like my hormonal balance shifted with the help of my ratio. I believe that it must have shifted for the better, providing me with more energy to both have fun as well as torture myself with the power of overstimulated CNS (central nervous system).

I like having fixed workout days. I like having an association with them. Perhaps, though, I could unlock more "subjective" understanding of other days of the week if I unfixed them.
The problem right now is that I'm not coming to a conclusion.
So, here's the deal - I think I will un-fix my training weekdays and I'll have a 6 day minicycle instead -
Monday - rest - wednesday - very light workout - friday - rest
then
Sunday - rest - tuesday - very light workout - thursday - rest
then
Saturday - rest - sunday - very light workout - tuesday - rest
Et cetera. So, it's more complicated than I imagined at first.

What about my actual program and my conventional exercises - OHP and deadlift?
Well, I do have a lot of joint pain right now, but nothing is chronic, they've all been aggravated by standing, sleeping wrong, drumming, using the computer mouse and working out rather hard (last saturday.) I don't have chronic issues like in the beginning of last year (for the longest time I had massive cramps in my lumbar region until I changed my lifestyle, see beginning of this blog)
I always wanna put a dot after the brackets. not sure if it's correct. Doesn't matter right now

So, let's create a plan not just for tomorrow, but for the next 18 days, perhaps, since I already outlined them.
I'll use varying maxes to calculate my percentages, like a mentioned recently - to correlate with the level of energy that I might have on different days. And I'll stick to overhead press and deadlift.
What about bench and pushpress? I so want to get better at them.
I could go with the old route and replace some overhead sessions with bench. This, in fact, could be quite nice, cause it would be easier. And I could do light sets of OHP, and light bench on OHP days - well, actually, knowing me that's not gonna happen. I'm never in the mood to do something like this wehn i'm unhinged after pressing. Something to work on! Well, to be fair, it just doesn't feel right to bench after pressing. Doing some pushups or flys would be ok though.
And pushpress... That would take quite a while. Considering my joints aren't quite up to the task atm. I must return to this issue in the end of august.
