Parts of life

I shouldn't have been complaining, ha ha. Friday (16th) was the hottest day this summer. I felt bad, actually not very good. Energy very low.
Deadlift - very late at night, dazed and confused
Warmup - some small short stretches, probably a mistake, but I felt nice and loose - which is something you may not want to have for DLs, I speculate
70-120-160-200 for 1
230*2 ez
240 for 1 ez but next rep - fail. Could've done it if I primed up my CNS better, but it was not completely possible due to it being late. Can't train late at night most of the time. I can feel good and energetic, but I can only lift heavy if I started earlied. But that's not a dogma, of course, that's my past experience, and I don't have to solidify it like that in my conscious.
Anyway, that was a fail and it drained a massive amount of my energy. I realised I'm "off-season" but still training as if I wanna peak out - which I don't really do. So I made a decision to finally lax it up until august, and then I'll start a new press program and have a maxout after first micro-cycle. It's perfect to max out then, cause you have so much energy stored up. There is no dogma or axiom in the art of training. There are axioms in physiology, but the art of lifting metal is something a bit more transendental - or at least I feel that way right now. I'd describe more, but I feel like I'm losing my point. Energy matters. Not just strength, not just the amount of punishment you put on yourself. Energy matters - you gotta have it before the session and after it. Very important. You gotta have energy after the session so you can recover better. Trust me, it took me 10 years to learn this the hard. But once again, it's not an axiom, it's an observation of personal experience.

Really nice day. Feeling better. Heat - moderately high, didn't sweat much. Energy - 3/5, I'd say, just enough to make sure I have fun.
Bench press - supersets with drumming, a lot of it. Counting, playing 8th notes on bass drum, playing the 2&&4 beat, keeping up, grooving etc.
70*15
90 - 3 sets of 15
100 - 2 sets of 15
Dips - 2 sets of 15 - mostly triceps working
Overhead press + pushjerk complex - get my back ready for pushpresses. My shoulders are actually flexible enough, back isn't.
40 - 3 sets of roughly 4 (each rep is press + jerk)
37 - 3 sets of 4 feels good.
Some 2 kg dumbbell flys (not flies) - shoulders feel tired, gotta load up on carbs. Been low on em. Been feelin fat, in fact, then I suddenly feel so hungry for so long. The time to lose weight is not yet. I think I'll naturally lose some before august, since I don't plan to push myself. But in august - I plan to start amping it up once again. Must do squats, too. Wanna remind myself. Here's what I'll do. I'll post funny pics as thumbs of each post to remind myself that I wanna do squats.
I reached 1k subs on my youtube. Been applying to AdSense, but my channel doesn't seem to be sensible enough yet. Gotta make more normal content and then unlist videos that I suspect might be considered provocative. Or maybe they'll just approve , cause are you kidding me? I'm mostly family friendly. Definitely more friendly than some stuff on TV.
