First of April, 2021 A.D.

Nice day. Only a moderate amount of darkness crawling through my shriveled mind. Overall, a joyous day. Late night training & drums session. Looking at funny april 1st on the internet. EMC Productions baited his viewers with a thumbnails of fnially making a hihats out of gongs - silly idea, isn't it? It'd made more sense to just cut two large sheets of any metal into hihats rather than to use actual gongs. Ans then you can call it a "gong hihat". Maybe one day I'll do the same - just use random sheet metal as cymbals. They're not going to sound conventional, that's for sure. Ha ha. Also AI Dungeon made a funny thing - they added an "emoji interpretation" of text. Link here
Deadlift
70*4
120*4
160*4
200*4 - one nice overhand rep - PR since my finger injury :D The rest were mixed grip, which, albeit gratifying, might have been a dubious decision.
210*4 straps
220*4 nice and easy
Floor supported ring pullups, somewhat prone position
17 - strangely hard, easy pump for my right lat and arm
17 hard
17 more - seems to be my max range without making rest/pauses
Bicep curls - some reps with light dumbbells, then 16 kg kettlebell - 20 reps from supine position into slight pronation, then 15 more - getting tired in general. Did I tell you about how the session time is really responsible for the overall energy level? Unless you manage to completely break the session, the longer you train - the more tired you get. If you wanna have max response to your efforts you should limit the session to 90 minutes - or even less. Especially if you have strange diet habits, like I do. I'm not really capable of expressing myself correctly right now. Thursday is one of the harder days. Although, to be honest, yesterday was significantly more tiring somehow. Then 32kg kettlebell - 15 curls with a backetball grip, both hands. Pretty hard.
Bodyweight squat - 10 reps, then I just forgot about it.
Training time - too long overall, deadlift - good enough
