So, I was giving an online lesson today, and, once again, my internet connection started breaking up. Out of desperation I just took the modem from the window and plugged it directly into the PC. And it's been quite stable since then - so I'm wondering, what if it's time to abandod the cable? I do remember reading about the cable creating issues. Plus the PC isn't that far from the window, where the waves, hopefully, can reach it in a sufficient manner.
I wouldn't have thought to do that if my pupuld wouldn't have decided to mention something about usb to me. Oh my, I suffered so much during the lesson yesterday, my face simply turned red whenever the connection broke - because it hinders my professionalism, and basically makes me severely unconsciencious without me making any kind of a decision. Now I'm glad once again, let's check the internet speed -
funny enough, the internet disconnected.

With a cable leading to the window: 2.01 - 2.49 - must be the snow.
Without the cable again: 3.28 - 18.26 - I guess that settles it then. It's worryingly warm though. I think I'm going to suggest taking some breaks to myself.

I should devote some of my time today to learning DaVinci Resolve - a nice free video editor. And it shows me both audio tracks in it easily, unlike, let's say, VideoPad Video Editor.

I was surprised to receive a lot of answers, even though I tagged no one.

And many other answers. Mentioning thick strings, low end, heavy body, high gain humbuckers, etc. I actually ordered Ernie Ball Mammoth strings. They're only a bt heavier than the ones I have now, and I don't wanna take them off yet. Maybe once I'm done with my current idea for an "album". It'll probably be done sometime around july, lol, considering the speed I'm working at. I think I need to master all of the song for the album together - and I want to include my first three songs, and add some more "less intense" material, if you will - i.e. something on a "more instrumental side".

I think I should be able to go to Drop B very easily on those new strings. But, of course, my bass strings are rather normal - I think I'd want to get thicker ones for the bass as well. As they are so much more pricey - more than three times more expensive than similar guitar strings. Well, it's gonna be worth it, at some point anyway.
