I actually made a video discussing music theory!

Nice day. Sleep schedule is still a bit off, but it's better. If I'm gonna start waking up too early it's not going to be preferable either, ha ha.
Had coffee. Today I once again got jumbled up in the head and could not concentrate on anything at some point. How does this happen? I think I know how. Today I had a very long break between my breakfast - which consisted of some rice with soy sauce - and my coffee intake. I had it in small cups, and a rather large amount as well. And I had some pieces of chocolate, as opposed to a single teaspoon of sugar to bind with all of the coffee, which would drastically change the taste and acidity of the drink, of course.
The "tunnel"... I've been doing something that has been making me avoid entering that condition. Maybe it's healthier for me. But, well, today I'm in "the tunnel", and I feel different. My workout has been quite hard as well, to be honest. Let's write it down.
Deadlift
70*8
120*8
160*8 overhand grip, pretty ugly
180*8
190*8 - I really didn't want to do the next set, lol
195*8 all working sets - done with a dead stop on the floor. Occasionally I did a bad rep. Been really paying attention to my nose. For some reason I really want to breathe through my nose when I'm deadlifting. And ammonia actually helped with that, rather than gave me a massive headache, ha ha. This set got me fairly exhausted and sweaty.
And that was it. I hung around the gym, very slowly putting the plates back as I ruminated on life and music. And suddenly, after thinking about something, I realised that I want to make a youtube video. I rushed upstairs and made it. I made it twice, in fact. At first I had my mic clipping, lol. And I actually used the DaVinci Resolve video editing app for the first time! Hooray for me, learning something new. And here's the video itself - mildly interesting, unless you're in the tunnel, like me, ha ha.
What else? I actually want to work out some more, even though it's almost midnight.
Floor supported pullups
20 - more leg drive, easy
Made some tea
20 more - suprisingly easy
20 more, with legs almost completely relaxed - still easy enough. I love it, I have defenitely developed better energy accumulation in my lats.
Pushups with dumbbells as handles - I really love this exercise now, it's so much better than doing it with palms on the floor, cause I'm such an old washed up musclebound meathead, ha ha. Be glad you're still flexible!
20 - 15 - 10 - keeping it lightBW squats - 10 more.
And that's about it!
