I had a cool little revelation - coffee tastes better if you don't boil it for too long. I remember, back in the day I used to just pour hot water over the powder, but then I started doing some extra boiling to get more caffeine out. Now I rediscovered this old method for myself (I boiled it a tiny bit tbh), so it's much tastier, and, presumably, has less caffeine?
I feel a strong desire to make silly memes (in 2020 a "meme" is a form of a picture humor, in most cases).

Meanwhile, some upleasant yet quite common things are happening in my life. My nervous system receives some work, as well as my adrenal glands, and my conscious chooses to ruminate on all that, meanwhile some other part of something that resembles my mind screams for questionable action. I, as a whole, choose to abstain from showing much emotion. I wish I could tell you more, but it's all so dirty, disgusting and visceral - to me, at least. I just feel like I hate being an animal, inevitably. A human is so much more than the conscious, isn't it? And the conscious itself is so evasive and supposedly immaterial. Gonna have more coffee and try to calm down (lol).

Had way too much coffee - my brain has definitely grown tolerant to it, i.e. it actually grew resistant to it, so I should consider lowering the dose next time (on monday - perhaps I'll just limit myself to 100 beans, and I'll make sure to satisfy myself with come tea before that, so I don't suddenly have an overly powerful craving).

Ring pullups from the floor, legs raised
20 - after 10 I had to do rest/pause
10 - with longer range, felt nice. A great advantage of these pullups is that you can pull your arms very low, training the muscle in a much more flexed position, in comparison to bar pullups. And you can rotate your forearms the way you want.

Tiny bench - with additional bridge, to simulate bridging on a normal bench.
60*10
100*10
100*20 nice and easy

Wanted to do squat, but the garage was filled with gasoline gas. I picked up a 20 kg plate and did squats with jumps - 3 sets of 10, felt good.
