Nice day. Recovery (quality of it) is at about 80/100. Had 128 beans of coffee with some biscuits, almost didn't have any issues.

Overhead press

Warmup

60*15

80*10

100 - 3 sets of 3

103,1*3

Pushpress

60*2

80*2

100*1

120*1 poor lockout

120*1 better

130*1 also poor lockout

130*0 just push

Ran out of time at this point, but decided to go further

Held 180 on my shoulders for a few seconds

130*1 very nice and fast, easy push

I gotta do at least easy pushpresses every time I do overheads, gotta keep the movement in proper shape.

BW in clothing - 109,1 kgs.

On monday I decided to play around and improvise, made a nice little track with the random drum beats that I recorded during a session. Took me way too long, because I was writing down the tabs simultaneously. Did almost everything, except for bass, which I did yesterday. It was a lot of fun. Ended up with a nice instrumental track - decided to call it "Tunnel Metal" - because of the state of "tunnel vision" that I was in when I was jamming. (Not "real" tunnel vision ofc, just the state that I get in after a heavy enough session as well as overstimulating my CNS a bit). I should try to write my jams in a more conventional structure for metal. I'll check out some midi tabs and remind myself of how to do it next time.

Here it is, the track - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kwGpJ7V3VglX0-wfZj9t85xuwgqVhUfn/view?usp=sharing
