15 and 17 oct

I might have had too much coffee again. 78 beans at first, then I double boiled one mor cup, possibly ingesting a lot of the coffee grains while drinking, then I had a cup made with 30 beans.

Overhand pullups
Long warmup with 1,25 kg plates
30 reps with band support - 15+15
30 - 15, 5, and the rest were rest-pause, got nicely pumped

Deadlift
60*15
110*15 overhand grip - a lot of pauses, it was hard for my left hand and it was hard in general tbh, CNS is just low on energy.

Some plate pinching 20+20 kgs - some reps with right, managed to lift it off the floor with left a few times, which is an improvement.
I guess I'm not gonna post this yet, it feels too short. Too tired for any kind of musical activities today.

 17.10.2020
Felt really tired in the last two days, a bit better today.
Had way too much coffee again - first 78 beans + double boiled cup, then like 70 beans + another double boiled cup. So I brewed coffee 4 times, basically, and grinded it two times. Felt good, not too intense though.

Overhead press
Warmed up my shoulder before the start of the session - just waved a tiny weight around, did some l-flies, then pressed my ez bar 39*15
60*15
93 - 4 sets of 5 - pretty nice and strict

Bench

60*15 painful for my pec tissue

I decided to keep going, re-check my technique

90*10 better

110*5 even better, but slightly - I just kept my elbows lower

122*10 pretty ugly, hurt my right pec a bit, but I felt right -

so, very important thing - I changed my hand grip slightly - I allowed myself to bend my wrist back, and felt way better, the bar got right on my bone, at the heel of my palm. I mean, what the point of straightening your wrist anyway? That's a stupid old misenterpretation of one of the techniques back in the day. It literally makes your range longer.

But, even more importantly, I inhaled really hard every time before lowering the bar - that helped the most with my pec problems. My technique was still kind of not very good, but I still managed to get the foreplanned volume -

I did another two sets -

122 - 2 sets of 10 - that's an official PR +7 kgs compared to a couple months ago.

That said, I plan to get my bench into more of a high rep mode before I work up to heavier percentages. The focus is now on the overhead press once again, following the good old program that always netted me some results.

I really have to remember - gotta keep my wrist normal and tight, not straight, then the bar gets where it needs to be, and powerful inhalation is most definitely required to put my pecs in the right place.

My back got really tight, even more musclebound with the return of heavier DLs and overhand pullups. I think I should do underhand chinups next week, I just like them more. I wish I had rings, maybe I should order them.

Also I supersetted this whole session with drum practice - felt great, until the last two sets in bench, then I concentrated a bit more. After the barbell work I tried recording the drumsd again and got really butthurt - my USB mic is creating an insane amount of just buzzing and I can't seem to get rid of it by resetting it, unlike before. I ordered a return in the store, hopefully it'll go through. Thought of keeping it just as a web mic, but i think I don't want that, this mic is too expensive for that. Why did I buy a USM mic at all? I should have figured it better.

I bet there's some kind of decent instrumental mics designed to capture a lot of stuff at once. I ordered another mic with normal output so I can connect two mics in my mew audio interface, should be good enough to work with the bass drum sound.

I really need to drink some water, my stomach is getting to me. Once again I feel overstumilated, it's important that I let myself off slowly and gently to avoid extreme tiredness, like in the last two days, because wednesday was really intense for me, great stuff, but I do need to avoid getting tired like that. My typing is pretty good, I feel, I'm writing way too much at decent speed and I almost never have to fix my typos. If you're reading this, you should find some typos in this silly ass text xD I know I would.

You should be free. You should allow yourself to be yourself, that's the only way to be free. Be as expressive as you want to be (very). People need to hear what you have to say. They aren't going to hate it - most likely, that is. Being annoying isn't a problem. A lot of people love annoying people, people wo just wanna express themselves. That's me. People have different opinions about me, but I do live a life where I try to not bother most people. Can't always be succesful at that, sadly - sometimes I'm a bit off. Some people that I know don't have a very good opinion about me, but how much do they know about me? Now very much at all. More importantly, what is an opinion anyway? Can't be loved by everyone. If you think that everyone in the world loves you - you're doing something wrong, most probably you're just deluded a little bit. I remember a verse in bible, int eh New Testament about this, but I can't remember it completely. Let me check the internets...

Ah, there it is - Luke 6:26 - "Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets." - rather self explanatory, but I guess there most likely is extra meaning, the Fathers have a lot of different explanations/ I wanna say something about typology, but I'm sure if I should right now, I'm not going to formulate things strictly enough.
