Well, my question about phaeosaces has been answered - as expected, not by an entomologist, but by a greek speaker. It's here -

Basically, "phaeosaces" means "gray shields". Makes sense.
Now I'm about to have my coffee, which is 60 or 70 light roasted beans over three cups. I'm rate my recovery for today at about 57/100, maybe more.

Had the biggest thunderstorm this year today. Loud lightning, water everywhere. Helped me calmed down, because I was trying to take a nap while heat and sunlight were getting to me. I think I sort of let the stress get to me and admitted to myself that my energy got drained. Just because of some thoughts. But right now I'm way better. Hoping that I can do some nice and simple bodyweight chinups without tearing my teres major.

Yesterday I was evening out volume levels on my song. Today I'll try doing it some more and, perhaps, I'll get to mastering.

27 july 2020 - Training session

Started out really slowly. Was half asleep.

Some warmup with bands - pulldowns

Leg supported ring pullups - 3 sets of 20 - not too triggering for my teres major. I realised that some of my exercizes probably worsened my right side skewing (possibly either pullups or one arm press)
But I freed my lumbar from cramps, so that's great. And teres major isn't cramping, it's tearing.

All day today I felt like I was about to snap off my left pec, which was both funny and scary, every time I moved my left hand way behind my back.

Did 6 unsopported pullups, very careful

Squats

Tried pointing toes forward and putting more weight on my toes. Felt nice, I should try it more often. Got a real spring in my squats from that.

I did random reps 20-40-60 kgs
80*10
100*10
120*10 nice, really easy, no hip creaking due to the aforementioned technique change.

Deadlift - overhand grip only
Some kind of stiff leg technique - started out like that, I was still wearing my weightlifting shoes

Random reps 20 - 60 - 100 - 120
150*2
180*13 - lost track of time and count of reps, thought I was being quick and that I'd done only 10 reps.
BUT that is a PR for my grip - I've never done anything like that on a straight 3 cm bar. I remember in 2014 I was barely able to hold 180 from racks.

Hip bridges - mostly training my pubic muscle lol
110*14
130*13

Managed to do everything in almost 90 minutes. Had some creatine. I should keep having it rn, it's been long enough while.

Did I tell you I actually ordered a drumset yesterday? And now even the worst one! It should arrive on wednesday. Then I'll officially be better than any online musician without a drumset 😁 just kidding
Brain does not feel smart after all that work. But at least I feel great in general.
